Hope you all are fit and fine at your Home. Guys there are alots of changes in this covid crises lots of are missing their school and lots of missing their enjoyment. Lots of are missing your ground but we people are fight with this covid together that's the great one. And hope we'll win with this situation. But How can maintaining our fitness at our home.
So I'm discussing here How can we fit at our home can this excercise really helpfull for us.
So you can read and understand the excercise and do at your Home.
So here are some Home Workout for Developing Our body posture and helping for stay fit at our home.
The Following workout are below:
1.Horse Walk
2.Frog Jump
3.Crab Walk
4.Duck walk
1. Horse Walk
Horse walk is the good excercise for opening up the hips and improving the mobility in our lower body many classical dancer are alos doing this excercise to improve their lower body because of they comfortly doing their Dance.
Benefits of Horse walk.
• It is reduces the risk of heart disease and stroke.
• It is help to control the condition of hypertension, stiffness and diabetes, the Docter's are also recomanded this excercise to their patients.
• It is increase Cardiovascular and pulmonary ( heart and lungs) fitness.
2.Frog Jump
Start in a standing position with your feet at shoulder width then lower down a into 3/4 squat position with your arms at your sides jump up and land about 2 feet in front of your start position. As you land back down, absorbe the landing by bending your knees and sitting back into your hips.
Benefits of frog jump
• The frog jump is a types of plymotic excercise.
• It is beneficial for our hips and our knees.
• It is working mostly in our joints.
• It is a excercise of relaxes to our spine and helps to get rid of the lower back pain troubles as well.
3.Crab walks
Sit on the ground with your feet in a comfortable position. It is a excercise of total body movements the crab excercise work in our arms, shoulders, core, glutes, hamstrings and quads.
Benefits of crab walk
• It is a full Body conditioning workout or full body movements.
• It is also a types of Core workout
• While the pushups work our upper body and squats work in our legs the crab workout mixes to both of the excercise.

4.Duckwalk
The Duckwalk is a form of locomotion performed by assuming a low partial squatting position and walking forwards, maintaining the low stance, it is simar to stalking and prowling.
Benefits of Duck walk.
• Duck walk are helpfull in Boosting stamina and immunity.
• This excercise refuces the scar tissue in our calf muscles and keep us active for the entire Day.
• Duck walk make us more flexible and improving the movements of hips.
