Coronavirus is more deadly for overweight people, which exercise and work out to protect your obesity level.

Today we're discussing can coronavirus, really more deadly for covid-19 patients.


According to America's Government research institute "Centre of disease control and prevention" (CDC), about 45% of patients with coronavirus,  covid-19 are those who are already suffering from obesity and blood pressure.

Similarly, According to another research published in The New England, General of medicine, about 36% of covid-19 admitted to hospitals in New York City are those who have been experiencing obesity for years.

After all, why is obesity is an alarm of danger?
• Public Health Researchers Dr Aaron Carroll at Indiana University School of Medicine and Dr Melinda wake health researchers at the University of North Carolina, has stated the reasons for this.

• Obesity is the main factor in many chronic diseases associated with lifestyle, most people with obesity have diabetes disease which reduces the body immunity to about half.

• The system of metabolism changes obesity due to changes in this system the immunity of such people decreases.

• Several studies in the past have proved that vaccination has also been less effective in overweight people despite applying them to vaccine the rate of their illness from the flu has been very high.


According to my, there are several exercises which you can reduce your obesity level and keep yourself fit.

1. Walking: Walking is that type of exercise which helps to burn your calories. so according to me, you have to walk daily in the morning, and evenings for at least 30 minutes.

2. Cycling: Cycling is the exercise by which you can reduce your body fat, but that does not only burn your calories it also affects your basal metabolic rates and muscles mass, so according to me it's very beneficial for you fatty people who are suffering from obesity.

3. Yoga: we all know that the benefits of yoga and some people are doing it also it is beneficial for not only fatty people but those who suffer from many diseases the yoga is also work there.
These are some asana by which you can reduce your obesity level.
  I Bhujangasana ( Cobra pose)
 II Dhanurasana (Bow pose)
III Kumbhakasana ( The plank)
These and many more asanas are there to help to reduce your obesity.

4. Swimming: It helps to maintain a good weight, healthy heart and lungs.

5. Zumba: It is a full-body workout and it helps to burn your calories and fat.


A healthy diet also plays a vital role in your life to reduce your obesity level.

• Plenty of potatoes, Bread rice, pasta and others.
• Some milk and dairy foods.
