Many people continue to struggle for a lifetime to reduce obesity or lose weight for this they also do a lot of workouts so they try a rigorous diet plan but after this weight does not decreases why does this happen?

Let us discuss this in this blog a proper sleep is good for our weight management.

According to a recent study, by Mayo Clinic, this is because these people do all other exercises but do not get proper sleep at night, adequate sleep for an adult person means at least 7 hours of sleep, today we will discuss here the same topic that our weight is increase when we do not get proper sleep.

Deteriorate the levels of weight-related hormones.

Many Harmon's in our body control our hunger due to lack of sleep there is a disturbance in the position of these hormones Due to which our weight increases, the most important is hunger hormones this hormone works to increase our appetite due to lack of appetite, we start eating more so that It directly affects our body and works to increase the amount of hunger in our body by which can we eat more and our weight management is under control and our weight should increases.

Many scientists believe that we should sleep at least 7 hours a night by which can our hunger system also doing good work for the control of appetite, and doing a great job in our weight management. 
Most of the people are doing all the things they are doing exercise they are taking a good diet plan they are taking a proper sleep but they can not control their weight management.


So I'm here to recommend you people are doing that your work on your time table you should make a timetable and do all that work on your time by which you people are doing a good job in your time and punctual of your time and your workout and your diet plan will we work on your weight management.

You should do these three things for your good sleep.

• Do not take a caffeine-rich substance like tea coffee or drugs before you go to sleep.
• Exercise is good for your sleep But you shouldn't do exercise before 1 hour before your bedtime.
• You should take turmeric milk before 10 minutes to your sleep because it's a good source of yo•ur proper sleep.

Some exercise which helps to losses your weight.
• Walking
• Cycling
• Swimming
• Yoga 
• Weight training
• Interval training

You should do these all exercise at your home by it's your sleep and your weight management is good.
