We all are know that the covid-19 is increasing continuously in the country and the world also. In India there is above 3 lakhs cases are being reported daily. So we people are affraid with this virus, There is no need to afraid with this covid-19 , if you are a health consiousness. Today I'm talking about what you can do to safe with covid-19 , Keeping these things in your mind will keep you healthy and fit. 

Vaccine is not only the things to safe us with covid-19 rather it is also important to take a healthy diet and precautions is must. 
The main point which I have to noted the contraction of risk of this virus is valunerable immunity. If your immunity power is not strong so there is chances to contract with covid. 
It is very important to have a healthy diet to increase a immunity power and boost our immunity. 

So many of you guys are think about what's healthy diet and what we should have to take, because in this time healthy diet is most important. 

We have to take such as Almonds, Sprouted, Green tea Fresh Vegetables and such a fruits which are increasing our immunity power and increasing the level of oxygen Because of our body need protein, vitamins and minerals which will improve our immunity. 

Eat a good amount of fresh vegetables and fruits because of this the energy level remains in the body. 

In a night you have to take a glass of turmeric milk before 30 minutes to sleep it is beneficial for your good sleep. 

You have to take a energy rich fruit like bananas, oranges, apples to to remove your tiredness and should also drink a warm water as well. 

Precautions:-

1. When you have to come from outside you should wash your hand with soap and hand sanitizer. 
2. Drinking a lukewarm water and staying in the sunlight, the risk of contraction is greatly reduced. 
3. Keep alcohol base sanitizer in your pocket while you go out and do hand sanitizer in between. 
4. Must wear your mask And dont touch in front of your mask, you should use, use and throwable mask. 
5. Do excercise and yoga in your home beacause of this you can fit and fine at your home. 
6. Most important thing is that self confidence, if you are a patients and other people too you may be positive.
